Q1: How can you guarantee the quality of the parts?
A: We offer a 3-month warranty for the used parts and a 1-year warranty for the new parts. If you receive the parts but they can't work well, you can return them to us within 7 days, and we will cover the return shipping cost.
Q2: How about the packing when they are sent out?
A: We usually use 3cm thick foam board to fill all around the inside of the box to protect the parts. We often use cartons to pack the parts, but if they are too heavy, we will customize wooden boxes for them.
Q3: Which payment method and Express can you accept?
A: We accept various payment methods including PayPal, Western Union, T/T (Bank transfer), Alibaba, AliExpress, and eBay. For express shipping, we use UPS, EMS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL, etc.
Q4: Do you have testing equipment and how long is the delivery time?
A: We have perfect testing equipment, and all parts are 100% tested and verified before shipping. Most of the parts are in stock, so the delivery time is usually 1-2 days.
Q5: I only have the PCB sample, not the PCB file, can you produce it for me? Can you design Gerber files?
A: Yes, we can copy the design based on your sample to create a Gerber file, and then proceed with production. We can also design Gerber files if the customer provides a schematic.
Q6: Are my design files safe when I submit them to you for manufacturing?
A: Yes, all customer files are strictly protected inside our facility, and we will not disclose them to any third party. We are fully open to signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with you.
