We have a production capability for standard and HDI, Rigid, RF and high frequency PCBs, together with through hole and min 0201 chips, 0.2mm pitch BGA balls SMD soldering, in small batch, mid volume and high volume quantities.
Double Side Prototype PCB: 7x9cm, 9x15cm, 5x7cm packages. The boards are thick and double-sided. Material: FR4 glass fiber. Solders well, and both sides can be scored well. No sharp edges, sturdy and easy to use. The plated holes are pre-tinned and solid. Each column and row is clearly labelled to make assembly less error-prone.

2. How are the products packed for shipment?
We use 3cm thick foam board to fill the interior of boxes for protection. While we usually use cartons, we provide customized wooden boxes for heavy equipment.
3. Which payment methods and express delivery services do you accept?

Since most parts are kept in stock, the delivery time is usually 1-2 days after testing is completed.
5. Can you produce a PCB from a sample if I don't have a Gerber file?
Yes, we can copy the design based on your physical sample to create the Gerber file required for production. We can also design from schematics if provided.
6. Are my design files safe with you?
Absolutely. All customer files are protected within our factory and are never shared with third parties. We are happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) with you.
